More about Jasmine

Jasmine has joined our Physiotherapy team at Central Physio and Health for 2024.

Jasmine is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist, graduating from Bond University with her Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2023. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science also at Bond University.

Jasmine’s journey into the field of physiotherapy began at a young age when, at just 10 years old, she aspired to become a physiotherapist while watching rugby with her family. This early passion for sports and helping others laid the foundation for her future career.

Unfortunately, Jasmine’s own athletic pursuits were hindered by multiple ankle and knee injuries, ultimately leading her to transition from the court to the study of physiotherapy. Despite these setbacks, Jasmine’s personal experiences have fueled her commitment to empowering individuals of all ages and stages of life to return to work, sport, and improve their overall quality of life.

With a focus on personalized care and goal-oriented treatment, Jasmine strives to help her clients meet their goals and achieve optimal outcomes. She believes in the importance of comprehensive care and is dedicated to providing support and guidance throughout the recovery process.

Furthermore, Jasmine brings a wealth of practical experience to her practice, having worked with a rugby union club on the Gold Coast for the past 6 seasons. This experience has honed her skills in managing acute sporting injuries.

Jasmine is also qualified to perform dry needling to enhance her treatment options. Her dedication to staying current with the latest techniques and methodologies ensures that her clients receive the highest quality care.

With her unique blend of academic knowledge, personal experience, and practical skills, Jasmine is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of her clients and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
