Ella has joined our Physiotherapy team at Central Physio and Health for 2026.

Ella has been a Physiotherapist for the past 2 years since graduating from the University of Worcester in the United Kingdom (UK).

Having trained and practiced in the UK healthcare setting, Ella has strong foundation in evidence-based practice, she specialises in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions she is committed to helping all individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

“My background in sport in particular equestrianism has enabled me to understand the importance of exercise and targeted strength training to prevent injury as well the value of rehabilitation. Having worked with all ages and abilities both as an inpatient physio and outpatient physio I always aim to provide a person centred approach to achieving clients goals.” 

Ella’s treatment style combines manual therapy, individualised exercise prescription, and patient education to support long-term recovery and injury prevention.

“My determination to help people has really grown since moving to Australia and becoming a private practitioner here at Central Physio and Health. I believe that physiotherapy works best as a team effort, and always make sure people feel comfortable, listened to, and involved every step of the way. I enjoy building genuine connections with clients and creating a positive, supportive environment throughout the rehab journey.”
